NIKOLAOS S. SIOUROUNIS
Born in Athens, Nikolaos Siourounis holds a Law degree from the University Delgi Studi di Macerata and has pursued post-graduate studies in European Constitution at the University of Bologna. Additionally, he has a background in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics. Fluent in Greek, English, and Italian, Nikolaos is the founder and General Director of 77A Law Office, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy law, and immigration law.
DENİZ SIOUROUNIS
Born in 1980, Deniz S. Siourounis holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Marymount Manhattan College in New York. She spent 12 years in New York City working for major magazines as an Art director or Production Director. After her last job working for Vogue USA as the Production Coordinator, she moved to Istanbul with Vogue Turkey and then started her own company in Cosmetics. She still uses all her knowledge, doing her own graphic design work for her company.

OUR STORY
Our partnership, rooted in friendship, evolved into a lifelong commitment fueled by shared interests and aligned goals. The realization of a gap in the tourism-centric Greek market led us to venture into real estate through Airbnb hosting. As we expanded our portfolio and network, the idea of establishing a real estate firm took shape. Nikolaos’s legal background brought a unique advantage, positioning our firm as a distinguished player in the market.
In 2017, our paths crossed on a journey to Paros, and what started as a friendship blossomed into an inseparable bond. Opting for an intimate wedding with only close family in the United States, we celebrated a day that was truly ours. Our connection transcends cultural differences, making our journey as a couple a harmonious blend of Greek and Turkish influences.

Our downtime is spent by the sea, savoring the weather, Greek cuisine, and the vibrant atmosphere. From favorite restaurants to playing tennis twice a week and enjoying winter activities, we immerse ourselves in the rich experiences Athens offers.

Deniz initiated her real estate journey in 2005 with Real Estate Bees, an Airbnb-style company in New York. Recognizing the potential in Greece’s evolving economy, the shift from journalism to commerce was a strategic move. Today, our firm not only handles sales but also provides post-purchase services, including decoration and leasing.
